Deepak Mishra, Jharkhand Spirit : The ongoing Shri Siddha Chakra Mahamandal Vidhan at Madhuban, one of the most revered Jain pilgrimage centres in the country, continued with great spiritual fervour on Friday as devotees offered 64 Riddhi Mantra Arghyas at the feet of the Lord with deep devotion and reverence.
The nine-day-long religious ceremony, which began on July 21, has turned the beautifully
decorated pavilion and Mandal at the Gunayatan campus into a vibrant centre of
faith, devotion, and spiritual practice. Devotees from different parts of the
country are participating enthusiastically in the sacred rituals and collective
worship.
According to
the organisers, the 64 Riddhi
Mantra Arghyas were offered amid continuous chanting of sacred
Jain mantras. Hundreds of devotees joined the prayers in unison, expressing
their aspiration for spiritual upliftment and self-realisation through
heartfelt worship.
Avinash Jain Vidyavani, national
spokesperson of the event, informed that an eight-year-old boy, Rishabh Jain from Malegaon, was ceremonially initiated into
Jain religious values and traditions during the programme.
The rituals
were conducted in the auspicious presence of Muni Shri Sandhan Sagar Maharaj, along with
several revered Jain monks residing in Shikharji, including Muni Shri Vishwas Sagar Maharaj, Muni Shri Navneet Sagar
Maharaj, Muni Shri Gyanbhushan Sagar Maharaj, Muni Shri Sanyam Sagar Maharaj,
Muni Shri Saar Sagar Maharaj, Muni Shri Samadar Sagar Maharaj, and Muni Shri
Roop Sagar Maharaj.
The organisers
also announced the upcoming sequence of Arghya offerings: 128 Arghyas on Saturday, 256 on Sunday, 512 on Monday,
and 1,024 on Tuesday.
The grand
religious observance will conclude on the morning of July 29. Later in the day, from 2:30 PM onwards, a special programme for Chaturmas Kalash Sthapana and the
celebration of Muni Shri
Sandhan Sagar Maharaj's Diksha Diwas (initiation anniversary)
will be held at the Gunayatan premises.
