According to a press release issued by the Office of the Superintendent of Police, Giridih, the first incident took place on July 11 near Mangal Murti Marriage Hall under Mufassil police station limits, where two unidentified motorcycle-borne criminals snatched a gold chain from a woman at around 6:00 pm.
